In collaboration with universities and research institutes, we have developed an advanced dual verification system combining CFD simulation and physical wind tunnel testing. This ensures that every system we deliver is accurately tailored to complex industrial environments such as ports, bulk terminals, and mining facilities.
Through ANSYS Fluent simulation software, we build full-scale 1:1 3D models of project environments, enabling rapid screening of design options before construction. This allows visualization of airflow fields and precise calculation of aerodynamic loads.

Simulation results are validated through physical testing. Our designs are verified through wind tunnel experiments conducted in CNAS/CMA-accredited laboratories. Test data are used to calibrate simulation models, ensuring that final load calculation errors remain within ±5%.
